Featured Replies

Senator Marise Payne, Australia’s Foreign Affairs Minister  is scheduled to make an official visit to Cambodia, as the Kingdom hosts the Asia-Europe Summit on November 25 and 26  and assumes the chair of Asean.

During her two-day visit, she plans to pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Hun Sen and  hold a bilateral meeting with her Cambodian counterpart Foreign Affairs Minister Prak Sokhonn, during which various aspects of bilateral cooperation as well as regional and international issues of common interest and concern will be discussed, including Cambodia’s Asean chairmanship.

According to a press release from the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Payne, who is also Australia’s Minister of Women, will visit the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center together with the Women’s Affairs Minister Ing Khantha Phavi.
