I have all my documents together and I opened the TP website. I choose the "Test and Go" program and had to push the "Confirm" button. Nothing happens, I can't get further.

Are updating the TP App??

Yes, I did. Then I gave in my flight date, length of stay etc. and I pushed the Confirm button again. Next page shows " header subject and below header. for NonThai. What is this supposed to mean? I'm not a PC genius. Thank for your help.

Yep, took me a while to read it properly where it says jpgs only.

I can't even go pass the 2. page with the flight detail etc.

Just tried from wife's computer and no problem. My computer from Sony still runs windows 7 and was first registered (IP Address) in Phuket.

May be that's the problem.

Someone on another forum said the site works best in Crome than other browsers
