Well I'm currently living in Cambodia for slightly over half a year which will technically make me a resident here. They're not in the 'CRS club' down here and I don't have a tax id as I don't work here, own a company, etc, etc Also they don't just hand them out on demand, not yet anyway. But you do need one if you get a job which I have no intention of doing. So in the event my bank contacts me I will write resident in Cambodia, with no tax id. The second they see the word Cambodia they're going to know that the CRS system doesn't exist in Cambodia. Or if they don't know it (highly likely) then their computer will. -

they can use this one as a first example and start to impound / steal all others... This wouldn't be the first, only a few months ago there was a lot of publicity surrounding many cases uncovered in Phuket. -

Except, looking at the actual voting figures, they were not that far off! Look, I make no secret of my dislike for Trump, and just about everything he stands for. I have little time for much of the agenda of the Democratic Party. That doesn't matter, in as much as I am 1) not an American, and 2) under the American system he won. But it was effectively a straight binary choice, and he got less than 50%of the vote. Under the US system he won, but it was hardly a crushing victory for democracy! -

It's been a rough few decades for the patriarchy with those pesky (actual) women getting equal rights and all that, but men have finally found a workaround using the classic "if you can't beat them join them" technique. Yes, just use the NI number if you don't have or know the other one. Others have used it and it worked.
