Customs (BOC) put five luxury cars worth P30M into public auction on December 13th

MANILA – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) will be selling through a public auction five used luxury cars with a total floor price of some PHP30 million.

 

In a Facebook post, the bureau said the vehicles that will be available for sale are Porsche Boxster 2001, three Mercedes Benz (SLK55 and SLK350 both 2001 model, and E220, 2011) and Ferrari Scuderia 430, 2008.

 

The auction will be held at the 2nd Floor Auction Room, Bureau of Treasury (BTr), Ayuntamiento Building, Cabildo St., Cor. A. Soriano Avenue, Intramuros, Manila at 10 a.m. on December 13

 

The total floor price of each car is PHP1.79 million for Porsche; 00; PHP1.24 million for MB SLK350, PHP1.32 million for MB SLK55, PHP1.49 million for MB E220, and PHP23.2 million for Ferrari.

 

A two-day inspection of the vehicles started on Thursday at the PUC Grounds, Gate 3, South Harbor in Port Area, Manila.

 

The BOC required bidders to follow health protocols, including a negative swab test result.

 

Interested bidders may register at the Office of the Auction and Cargo Disposal Division, Manila International Container Port (MICP).
