seajae
unfortunately there are those that do not fence their animals in or restrain them, in Australia the farmer/owner of the animal would have to pay all the damage bill for the car & driver but here its not normal. I hit a chicken a few years ago when it ran across the road in front of me and the owner went nuts, I checked my car and told them that it didnt damage the car so they didnt have to pay for any damage and they walked off with the dead chicken. Buffalo are usually tethered on the side of roads so they cannot get on the road, obviously the owner didnt really give a s**t and should have to pay for her car and her hospital bill Edited December 23, 2021 by seajae
