After the suspension of the ‘Thailand Pass’ scheme, the number of flights between Bangkok and Phnom Penh has decreased about 20 percent due to the re-imposition of mandatory quarantine stays on arrival in Thailand.

Sin Chansereyvutha, State Secretariat of Civil Aviation secretary of state, said yesterday that after Thailand’s quarantine-free travel pass was suspended amid concerns over the spread of the Omicron variant, the number of flights between two countries starting to decrease.
