The problem is the link they sent me is to: ropservice.thaiairways.com Which is broken, therefore I can not complete the customer service ticket and get assistance. After you use the 'contact us' email to send them an e-mail, they send you a new link to confirm you need help. The link in their automated response is the one that does not work.
