Today it have been failing all day to connect to my devices. Done all the normal check, data on off, hot spot on off, wifi on and off and also turned on and off all devices. Sim card and data on phone working as normal. Anybody else out there experience the same? My back up Dtac working as normal. Kan Win Posted February 18, 2022 Share Posted February 18, 2022 (edited) I got one of these , true 5g-4g-3g unlimited sim and it did not work on my portable router, but worked on a true aircard, took it to true shop and the nice lady changed the sim card to a new one, same number and same deal as the original one, without charge, it works now on 1 phone, 2 laptops via the router. Looks like these true 5g-4g-3g unlimited sims have a problem, if so go to a true outlet and they should change the sim for you FREE...... Win Edited February 18, 2022 by Kan Win added more info......
