Moonlover Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 Check the DLT smart queue app 1st. The last time I checked it would not accept foreigners. If that is still the case you'll have to pay a walk in visit to make an appointment. In the meantime you can visit the learning site at https://www.dlt-elearning.com/Home and follow the procedure to obtain a pass certificate.
