geovalin Posted March 21, 2022 Share Posted March 21, 2022 The 10th annual World Happiness Report has found that Cambodia is only the 114th happiest nation out of 146 countries surveyed. Cambodia not only ranked low in the global index but was also 2nd lowest out of the 8 South East Asian nations polled. Singapore ranked top in the region in 27th position, with Phillipines (#60), Thailand (#61), Malaysia (#70), Vietnam (#77), Indonesia (#87) Laos (#95) all ranking above the Kingdom. Only Myanmar (#126) ranked lower than Cambodia in SE Asia. Worldwide, Scandinavian countries emerged as the happiest nations with Finland (#1), Demark (#2) and Iceland #3) in the top 3.
