A Boeing 737-800 crashed in China with 132 passengers. Here's what we know about the aircraft and its safety.

The aircraft that crashed was a Boeing 737-800. While Boeing has come under fire previously for crashes, it was the company's Boeing 737 Max that generated some of the harshest criticism over safety concerns.

To clean to be a accident of any reason, looks more like a suicide crash in my opinion

Looked like a missile more than a plane.

Found this but doesnt say much, and I guess we will hear many theories until they have an conclusion of, if possible to make an conclusion at all.

“This kind of tragedy is extremely unusual,” Richard Aboulafia, a managing director at AeroDynamic Advisory, said of the plane’s sudden, sharp drop from its cruising altitude.

It can take years to make an conclusion. Many puzzles to get together if no suspecion on suicide, hijacked or any other external proofs, or last minute voice recordings, they have to put together the plane with the available parts. Any news about the black box found intact?

But it does appear from the Wikipedia link provided by @NanLaew that the NTSB are part of the official crash investigation team, as is standard practice in the case of incidents involving American-manufactured planes.

Still no final report

Doesn't Boeing have an issue with fuel supplies being switched off unintentionally? What about the recent Air India crash? This is scary.

Finely

More than four years after a Boeing 737-800 passenger jet plunged 29,000 feet and crashed into a mountain in southern China, killing all 132 people on board, newly released data appears to indicate that someone in the cockpit may have intentionally switched off the fuel supply to the engines
