AAIrons
Hello, I have just got a new passport so my passport number is different to the one that is on my vaccine certificate, what should I do when applying for the thailand pass?
flyingtlger
Go see your primary care physician. Just get it re-issued with the correct information. Why take chances when you can nip it in the bud.... <mime removed> Edited April 21, 2022 by ubonjoe Off topic meme removed
ubonjoe
The passport number is not that big of a problem. If you name and date of birth is correct that will be enough. Some vaccine certificates do not have a passport number on them. Most issued in other countries do not have a passport number on them. 4 hours ago, flyingtlger said: Go see your primary care physician. Just get it re-issued with the correct information. Apparently you are writing about another country than Thailand. The certificates here are issued by the Ministry Of Public Health not a physician.

MajorTom
It will not be a problem. I returned last month on a new passport. Vaccine papers with old passport number. No issues with Thailand pass or at any checkpoint.
