Chonburi - A container truck driver suffered only minor injuries after his truck overturned and caught fire in Mueang Chonburi yesterday evening.

 

Rescue workers were notified of the accident yesterday (April 19th) near dusk on the Motorway Frontage Road in the Nong Kangkok sub-district.

 

Firefighters, TPN media, and rescue workers arrived at the scene to find the overturned container truck which was ablaze on the road. It took about 20 minutes to control the fire, which caused substantial damage to the engine of the vehicle.

I tried to avoid a collision with another vehicle that immediately came out from a smaller road in front of my truck. I lost control of my vehicle before it overturned and caught fire

Would have been more serious if he had been towing a plough instead of a harrow...

I wonder if the container was emptied prior to, during or after the accident ? As is sometimes the case fire is chosen to eliminate evidence
