June 16, 200718 yr just a few months away and i'm seeing things i never saw before. or were they there all the time? 1. there are almost NO tourists. 2. hundreds of new put rubbish in bins signs , but no new bins. 3. airport-lamai bus 150 baht. gone up? 4. me getting ripped off. NAH! seen that before. 5. all these guys having troubles with girlfriends. like seeing deja-vu again. 6. new appreciation for the ice/water deliverers, 10 baht for a bucketful, truly hard working buggers. 7. shocking report of the poor guy run into and left for dead, contrasted with the glossy bangkok airways mag. selling luxury tropical lifestyles, truly this must be heaven and /or hel_l depending on your luck. 8. richard dawkin's 'the god delusion' has some logical weaknesses (airport novel?) ah well... just remember... coconuts are free.
