Hezbollah is neither supported by a majority of the Lebanese population, nor a Lebanese patriotic group. It is focused entity that puts the shiite community and its patron, Iran first. The Shiite militia has been classified as an illegal militia by the legitimate legal government of Lebanon. Altogh the Hezbollah political wing is still allowed, it is a minority political entity and has an ongoing presence only because of its military wing. Hezbollah has refused to allow the Lebanese government and its military to enter Hazbollah controlled sections of the country. Hezbollah fought on behalf of the despot Assad regime and operated torture facilities where Syrians were sexually abused, tortured and murdered in the tens of thousands. It propped up the Assad regime, which had previously invaded and occupied Lebanon. By that very act of treason and collaboration, it can not be considered even remotely patriotic. Anyone who supports Hezbollah is a supporter of the mass murder of hundreds of thousands of Syrians, and the torture and sexual abuse of Syrians.
