hotchilli
Quite why this makes the news I don't know, most airports hold emergency scenarios as a matter of course for personnel training.. As a manager and first aid responder we held monthly training sessions in partnership with the airport fire department. Training would be anything from fires, accidents, whatever. Twice a year we held a major aircraft crash disaster, which also include outside fire departments, hospitals along with the police.
