I asked my nearest ( Khon Kaen ) DHL office about sending parcel to UK, something I have done in the past.
They informed me that they are having "technical issues" in that they cannot issue a waybill, this is now having to be done in Bangkok.
That is, DHL KK issues me a receipt, the parcel is sent to Bangkok who then issue a waybill and sends to KK who then have to send a copy to me.

Anyone having similar issues at KK. ?
