Daily News Thai Caption: Second corpse!

 

Daily News reported on yet another person in Thailand who fell to their death from a condo in Nonthaburi.

 

But this one had a twist that put the hairs on the back of your neck up, according to the media who hinted at mysterious forces at work.

 

Pak Kret police and Poh Teck Thung rescue who arrived at the condo found CPR in progress on Natthasit, 23 but he soon died from head injuries. 

 

He was wearing a white shirt and long black trousers.

 

A witness said they heard a sound from above then saw the victim fall apparently hitting something on the way down.

 

He fell in exactly the same spot where there had been another falling death some time before.

 

Daily News contacted the victim's father by phone who said that his family had no stress issues. His son's girlfriend had told him that there were no love problems either.

 

He said that his son had just graduated from college and was awaiting a visa to visit Australia this month. A funeral would be held in his birthplace.

 

Police are investigating to try and ascertain whether the victim jumped or tripped as an autopsy was called.

This doesn't sound like someone who would jump but you cant be sure , did he trip , pushed , we will probably never find out .

Very sad! These Thai balconies take locals as victims and well as tourists.

Interesting that the report describes what he was wearing.. 

More interesting that the report appears to be fuelling supernatural gossip!

So the brains of the RTP have assumed cause of death, or rather the reason for it, could only be either of only 2 reasons. Either he jumped or tripped  ( over a balcony ).  Maybe there was actually 3 potential reasons and it was lost in translation as rather than tripped, could it have perhaps been he fell after "tripping" now that pot appears to be legal ?

 

It would be a lot more useful if someone bothered to take a picture of the balcony and publish it, so we could see the height of the thing.

Depression, stress money problems woman problems who knows? who knows why someone like  Anthony Bourdain who had the world at his feet went to sleep one night and hung himself...

For many years already, very small balcony, very low railing. Very easy to lose your balance when drunk. Easy to jump when very sick or no more money. Sometimes a push during an argument.

 Bourdain had many problems, drugs and women issues were a few.  Reading the article it said this young man's life was right as rain....

Checking the height of the balcony might throw some insight into matters, especially if he was slightly taller than average.

poor boy .... only 23 yrs old,   we may never know why ... he may have gambled and owed alot of money or was he just drunk and skylarking ....    very sad.

Going to or coming from a funeral?  Traditionally Thais wear white and/or black for a funeral.  Seems like its his own, poor fellow.
