Actresses Lea Michele and Uzo Aduba appeared on the 2022 Tony Awards red carpet in New York exquisitely clothed by designer Cong Tri reported VN Express.

At the 2022 Antoinette Perry Award for Excellence in Broadway Theatre, more commonly known as the Tony Award, American actress Lea Michele chose a cut-out design from Cong Tri's Spring Summer 2022 collection.

The dress is made of high-quality silk, with a high slit and classic puffed sleeves.

The black outfit helped Michele look taller on the red carpet on June 12.

Born in 1986 in the U.S., Lea Michele is best known for her role as Rachel Berry in the television series "Glee".

The role helped her receive two Golden Globe Award nominations and an Emmy nomination.

American Actress Uzo Aduba graced the red carpet in a metallic gold dress combined with high heels.

The off-the-shoulder design underscored her neckline.

More than a week before the event, Aduba contacted Cong Tri, saying she wanted to wear his dress at Tony Awards.

The Vietnamese designer mixed two organza and metallic fabric, forming a new material with small veins running along the body of the actress.

Uzo Aduba was born in 1981 in the U.S., known for playing Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren in the series "Orange Is the New Black" (2013-2019).

She has won two Emmy Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Actress.

Cong Tri, born in Da Nang in 1978, is a member of Asian Fashion Association.

He has created dresses for many A-list celebrities like Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, Charlize Theron, former U.S. first lady Michelle Obama, Rose (BLACKPINK), and Rebecca Ferguson.
