When I first met my wife, we'd chat for hours on the phone. 6 years later, when she calls me, I make up an excuse to get off - is this normal?

It's NOT.

I also made up excuses to get off the phone when I first met my wife.

What were you thinking? Chatting on the phone for hours like a 14 year old girlie?

1. Dial number

2. Communicate information

3. Hang up.

THAT is a manly call.

Why not just walk to the other side of the house and chat in person?

Why can't she just walk to my side of the house? :D
