Med cert and VDRL test

@ubonjoe, I can never remember if the VDRL test and med certificate is only required for the Immigration Police or for the Labour Office or both. 

 

I'm always amazed that the Visa Extension must be obtained before the Work Permit Extension. So any intuitive feelings I have on how things should be, could equally be wrong on the med cert + VDRL. 

 

My guess is the Med Cert and VDRL is only required for Immigration. Am I right? Thanks.

The medical certificate is only required for a work permit application. No all work permit offices want a syphilis test.

The medial certificate is not a requirement to apply for a extension of stay at immigration.
