Mid Posted June 22, 2007 Author Share Posted June 22, 2007 Sonthi: Up to govt to talk to insurgents (BangkokPost.com) - Army chief Sonthi Boonyaratkalin said military has no problem if the government will engage in a talk with insurgents' leaders in a bid to solve southern unrest.Gen Sonthi, upon his visit to the region, said it depends on the government policy whether to talk with heads of the insurgents.
