if i have large amounts of rubbish. does anyone know where the main rubbish H.Q is where i can dump a hole load of it instead of next to someones bin outside someones house.

maybe i will turn my land into a rubbish dumping ground. devalue the surrounding land. then buy it then remove the rubbish dump and build villas.
