I am sorry people, for this is a little too close to home, but worth thinking about.

Lets map our lives out in a week.

Firstly we are not really mature enough to think about our future until we are 20, so lets start there.

Our first day includes the first 20 years of our lives, and we will call the end of the day as being midnight.

For example If you are 20 yrs old you are at midnight on Monday. So lets see.

Monday- 20 Years.

Tuesday- 30 Years.

Wednesday 40 Years.

Thursday 50 Years.

Friday 60 Years.

Saturday 70 Years.

Sunday 80 Years.

Now don't we all like to finish early on Friday?

I personaly plan to knock off work Wednesday night, what about you?

No flame mate, but thats a shit post.....

I retire 7 days a week.......to bed. :o

Are you a harbinger of doom Leith ? An omen looming in the wings for earlyish retirement ( or did she catch you with Erco's mom )

You should take that rock and throw it through somebody's windshield for a little excitement in your life.

Actually, the reason I posted this is to show how important today is.

"carpe diem"

I am trying to make the most of everyday, sure I spend a lot of it in front of my pc looking through thaivisa and the bearpit, but that is something that enriches my life in my eyes.

My wife and I are building a home, we have a beautiful young daughter and are planning for another. Life is great, but too short.

I plan to finish work on wednesday night and then the next few day (hopefully I make it through to sunday night) exploring the places and things I can not do while I am working.

I have not seen much of Thailand, and there is so much to see.

By the way it is not a rock, or hand a grenade in my hand :o
