An arrest warrant has been issued for a 29 year old female performing arts activist, on charges under the lese majeste law and the Computer Crimes Act, 


The court also imposed a fine of 200,000 baht after she failed to show up for her court hearing yesterday.
She is also due to appear in court on other charges in November but is believed to have left the country.
