llOYDS INTERNET BANKING PERSONAL

Featured Replies

There always seem to have big problems when instructing my bank to transfer monies, yes the small amounts for my Thai Family.
Keeps saying the LLoyds website no secure or private and then look for instructions which don't work
Anyone else having problems today and in particular Lloys or any other bank
Thanks

Lloyds, Nationwide and MBNA are working OK for me, PC, Win11, Chrome.

The apps all seem to be happy too.

Just checking that you are using https://online.lloydsbank.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp this site yes?

You've written Lloyds three times here so far and all were wrong ????

All working for me.  I had a problem a month ago when they needed to call me to verify my identity and the automatic call wouldn't come through.  I ended up getting locked out of my account, and had to spend hours on the phone trying to get it sorted.  Lloyds eventually refunded my call charges (£75).

If you have the App downloaded it always works. If you are using a PC you need the latest OS or you nay have problems?

You should be able to simply paste the screenshot into a post using <ctrl>V

Chrome is working for me, so we really do need to see the error message.

What is the name of the program that you are typing “www.lloyds.com” into or clicking on a bookmark for ?

The directions at the following link should help you take a screen shot of the message you are getting and the web browser you are using so that we can try to help

My best guess with the info given (ignoring anything nefarious) so far is that your PC is missing some of the SSL intermediary certificates.

When was the last time that Windows Update was run?

No problem here. I'm on Lloyds personal and business banking everyday. Using Chrome on legit Win10 (all always updated). No security issues. I just ran a SSL Server (security) test of Lloyds Online through SSLlabs and the results are here. Came back with A+ result.

Thanks Crossy and lol not that technical and yes did think about another browser and someone suggested this but you do hear and have witnessed it we do not recognise or is it you.
But sorted via Edge to my surprise  it worked and yes usually use Goofle Chrome but lol they all have their moods.
Thanks and to everyone else and my family can survive another week, like most of us.
