Do as the God of anti-scammers does... just reply "OK" to every message she sends you. Nothing more, nothing less. Or be one of those 'there's one born every minute' guys.

Unfortunately expect some actually would - so removal was a good idea.  They will have to PM OP for a cut of the action.????

Very much so but if using major email service believe most are removed automatically so only get one or two a month.  India has become the new scam center and they use hacks to get people to call them - but they are just as big a danger.

I got quite into watching the videos where they get the indian scammers back - more light hearted posters like kitboga, to ownage pranks to scammer payback to the more serious ones where they are a bit more computer literate like scambaiter and Jim Browning. A few of these hit the spot sometimes. 

I got the same email, they used to send similar emails with a photo of a hot young russian lady, more effective

What OS and email service is the OP running? I am jealous, because I never seem to get any temptation in my inbox.

Probably not as target is elderly with money they can take, retirement funds and such.  As with the Ponzi brokers and Indian phone scammers the scum of the earth (my opinion only - but of the age targeted).

I get several like this every day in Gmail - but go straight to spam/bin , so I rarely see them.

I have gmail. I am on MX Linux as my OS, maybe that is the difference.

Steven if you do get the money consider buying a marijuana plantation or buy Bitcoin,either way you can't go wrong.

sorry - I  neglected to say that my OS is macOS

Not a good idea. When they get a response they sell that info and you get loads of similar. I made that mistake to something about a parcel needing to be paid for ( I was waiting for a parcel co incidentally, so thought it about that ). I never had need of scrap paper after as I got so many scam letters.

 

PS I didn't pay anything as I got the post office to check the sender's address which turned out to be a closed factory in Europe.

Told my mum a dozen times to stop sending out these emails......soz.
