Photo by VnExpress/Van Tanh 20 plastic bags containing ketamine were washed onto the Sa Huynh beach of central Quang Ngai Province. Locals of Vinh Tuy Village found the bags with Chinese labels on Monday afternoon and informed authorities. Border guards of Sa Huynh then discovered white crystals inside the bags. Tests on the spot revealed the white crystals to be ketamine. The drugs have since been seized by border guards.
