Thailand's Consumer Protection Division police under the command of Pol Maj-Gen Anan Nanasombat arrested a fake doctor who was advertising penile implants using silicone beads on Facebook.

 

A man had complained that his penis had become infected and pus was coming out the end. He was unable to get an erection and was depressed and suicidal.

 

The police arrested 41 year old Apichart Saweksute in a room in the Prawet district of the Thai capital Bangkok.

 

He was charged with doing illegal surgery as well as dispensing drugs and selling medical supplies illegally. 

 

A total of 25 items were taken into evidence.

Apichart admitted that he only had  a bachelor's degree and had no doctor's license or right to perform surgery.

 

He learnt the tricks of the trade after being assistant to a real doctor at a clinic and decided to branch out on his own, reported Thai Rath. 

 

He advertised on Facebook and would meet clients for surgery at "maan root" (curtain or 'love hotels' used for short time sex) or rented rooms.

 

He'd charge men 15-20,000 baht a time for his services.

 

He'd performed lots of surgeries over the last 5 years before his arrest.

What is truly frightening is that there is a good chance that most of these men are driving on public roads.

i get some complaints lately regarding the size of my cannon, Is there a place where one can reduce the size to XXXL?...

Why on earth would someone go to this guy to perform procedures on their best friend.

Yeeee gods, 5 years before he got caught.

Why on earth would anyone consider doing this 

How is this done?  I've never heard of it before (okay I've led a sheltered life).  Anyone can point to a description of the procedure?  The thought of infection would scare the bejesus out of me.
