Cancellation Of Work Permit And Non-b Visa

Featured Replies

Dear Friends,

Here is the scenario.

I am working in Thai company which they provide Work Permit and Non-B Visa.

I got the new job in NGO, which does not provice Work Permit but Non-F Visa.

The Thai company is going to canecl my Work Permit and Non-B Visa.

The question is... How many days can I stay in Thailand after cancellation of my Work Permit and Non-B Visa?

Because I have to do my visa run in 2 weeks and the Thai company is going to cancel my Work Permit and Non-B Visa right away.

So, please give me some information in order to stay in Thailand before I do my visa run.

Thanks in advance.

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Can you please throw more light on the Non-F visa and wht documents are required from the NGO to get a Non-F?

The Non-Immigrant "F" visa is for "Official".

One example is persons in the Diplomatic Corps.

For official purposes, such as military exercises or government assignments, the applicant must submit an original copy of his or her orders on official letterhead along with his/her official passport . Non-Immigrant Visas for Official Purposes (Category "F") will be issued only in Official Passports.
