Photo by VnExpress/Tien Tam A 20-year-old man has been arrested in the southern province of An Giang for impersonating a police officer as a "show-off." The police took in Pham Vu Linh while he was sitting at a coffee shop in Long Xuyen Town wearing a sergeant major's uniform last Saturday. The arrest followed complaints by locals.
