Photo by VnExpress/Gia Chinh High-altitude winds and a cold front are set to bring rains to northern Vietnam starting Tuesday. The region has been dry for the past week with temperatures at 22-25 degrees Celsius during the day and 10-12 degrees at night. On Tuesday northwestern and northeastern regions will get rains due to the effects of high-altitude winds, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
