Photo obtained by VnExpress A bus driver in the Central Highlands' Dak Lak Province was suspended and fined after he was found texting on his phone while driving over a 40 km distance. Do Van Cuong, 35, was suspended for 20 days and fined VND1 million ($42.51) by the Quyet Thang Cooperative on Wednesday. On Monday, a video of Cuong constantly texting on his phone while driving from Buon Ma Thuot Town to Kong Pak District was filmed by a passenger on the bus. At the time, the bus was carrying eight people.
