Referral Needed: Uncontrolled Diabetes
I'm currently planning to send her to Chula on an emergency basis in an ambulance. Her local hospital sent her home with some antibiotics, an inhaler, and metformin. That's it. She can't breathe, is bleeding uncontrollably, and her diabetes is severe and uncontrolled. Her local gov hospital failed her. So, I'm going to send her to Chula in an ambulance so they take it seriously. She's coughing up green and the cough sounds terrible and is frequent. So, the situation has declined and I'm waiting for her to wake up. Thanks for everyone's guidance. -

Buffett vs Trump
I showed links where Trump was listed as one of the worst presidents. I didn't run the poll. I know what kind of person he is and have said, let's see what he does now. I said we should have more choices , which is true, as two choices for such an important position, especially coming from positions where they didn't prove much, isn't enough. A president should come from a former political position where he proved himself over time. This isn't an opinion but common sense. Voting for someone because he's a good businessman, with help, doesn't mean he'll be a good politician. -

Bang on the money Impulse. Back in the 1990s the US wanted to control of three statistically placed (for the US) countries. They were Iran, Turkey and Ukraine. When Yeltsin gave way to Putin, and it became obvious that the latter would not bend the knee, priorities changed. Turkey became now onside; for now. Iran could be dealt with, at least initially, by Israel. Just leaves Ukraine. The constant US's poking of The Bear, and capitalizing on the greed, and corruption, of the powerful in Ukraine, would see that sorted. I can remember all the actors waving their passports in the air. Have people forgotten just how gullible people can be? The people were sold a pup. Now they are paying the price. -

That deep breath you take when you arrive back home
I am young but i felt physically sick in Pattaya this January on a couple of occasions due to the air quality index being in the red. I could see smog clouds only 50 meters in front of me. I'd go out for brunch and have to head back to my hotel till AQI lowered in the evening. It gave a slight headache and nauseating feel. -

I'm not sure which is more disturbing, leaving the body in his seat (or row, at least) or drag a dead body down the aisle for everyone to see. The former inconveniences one or 2 other passengers. The latter? Everyone on the plane.
