Chonburi — A six-wheeler suddenly went up in flames when it collided with a power pole today, January 22nd.

Sawang Boriboon rescuers and two firetrucks rushed to extinguish a fire that was engulfing a truck at 12:30 PM on a motorway in the Takhian Tia subdistrict of Banglamung district, Chonburi.

The truck crashed into a power pole located between 107-70 kilometers markers. It broke the pole in half. The truck was engulfed in flames when the authorities arrived.

Crispy critter!  There's something about Thai power poles that attracts vehicles.  Considering that the electricity is alternating current, I wonder if half the crashes are on each side of the road.

Just another electric outage

Even power poles are not safe... it's plain crazy out there.

Suggest removing all poles as they keep jumping out to surprise the unexpecting ????

Maybe these poles are creating some sort of electro magnetism ?

Before that, the 34-year-old victim told rescuers that his six-wheeler’s tires suddenly exploded and caused him to lose control of the vehicle.

Never mind Tires blowing . If more then one tire blows on the Duals then there's a great possibility that the driver Never checked his tires before starting his road trip.

Never mind the driver will tell a story what can be believed or not.

Not only poles , trees aso are also treated very badly by people

crashing into them on a regular basis, ????   call these Emojis ,they

are hard enough to see on a PC monitor ,on a mobile ?

Why are these power poles always in the wrong place?

If they just put all of them near the middle of the road,  drivers could see and avoid them.
