Police in Quang Nam Province in central Vietnam have arrested two women for putting a third woman on fire on a street. Nguyen Thi Diem Phuong, 23, and her mother-in-law, Dang Thi Thong Nhat, 44, have been arrested after police identified the two as having put a 28-year-old woman on fire. The victim has not been identified. On January 26, social media users shared a video of the incident, which took place in broad daylight on a street in Duy Xuyen District.
