snoop1130 Posted January 30, 2023 Share Posted January 30, 2023 PHOTO: TMN Cable TV Pattaya Two motorcycle thieves snuck into a parking area of an apartment building in Chonburi’s Phanat Nikhom district and stole two motorcycles last night, January 29th. The apartment’s CCTV camera captured the suspects arriving on a motorbike. The pillion rider walked into the parking area, chose the motorbike, kicked it a few times, and somehow dragged the motorcycle away with ease. The two suspects were recorded by CCTV driving away from the scene with the stolen vehicle. However, they returned a few hours later and stole another motorbike from the same apartment.
