Photo by VnExpress/Le Tuyet Some 325,000 people have not received any money from a HCMC Covid-19 relief package released in 2021 due ostensibly to a lack of funds. They all live in the three districts of Binh Tan, Cu Chi and Binh Chanh, officials said Tuesday at a meeting between the city Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Binh Chanh administration. In 2021 HCMC unveiled three support packages for its most vulnerable citizens.
