How is the weather in Hua Hin / Prachuap Khirikhan in August?

Does it rain TOO often?

Hua Hin tourist web site says that the weather is fine until October, but weatherunderground.com shows only T-storms and showers.

There will be some rain showers, it is the rainy season.

However the wind is off the land so the sea is calm.
