PROMMIN LERTSURIDEJ has emerged as the latest one among a trio of Pheu Thai partisan candidates for prime minister, partisan sources said.

 

Prommin is generally viewed as a key member of the Pheu Thai think tank who has been personally entrusted by de facto party boss Thaksin Shinawatra.

 

Prommin who was named deputy prime minister and energy minister in the time of the deposed premier about two decades ago is now speculated to join ranks with the trio of the Pheu Thai contestants for prime minister alongside Thaksin’s daughter Paetongtarn Shinawatra and real estate tycoon Settha Taweesin.
