A former actress and her husband are among a group of 16 suspects indicted by public prosecutors for allegedly operating online gambling and pornographic websites and money laundering.

 

Kosonlavat Intujunyong, deputy spokesman for the Office of the Attorney-General, said today (Sunday) that public prosecutors in charge of the case agree with the police recommendation that Thamolphan Prasertwit, aka “Yam”, and her husband, Phumiphat, along with 14 other suspects should be prosecuted. Four of the 16 suspects are still at large.

 

According to the police investigative report, the 16 suspects divided the responsibilities, with some taking charge of “mule” bank accounts while others were responsible for transferring money from the mule accounts to other bank accounts.

 

The amount of money circulating in all the bank accounts was estimated at several hundred million baht.

On one of the FB selling sites I use, a spammer kept posting videos of that 'genre'. I reported it to FB , whose repose was it did not break facebook rules. Just shows how much FB investigate anything !
