I am soon going to attempt my first TM 30 0nline for a rented property. I have registered successfully and have downloaded the relevant Excel.

Looking at the submission process I have some questions:-

1. What documents do I need to upload (passport, visa, rental contract etc.);
2. I can't see any submit button.  How do I submit the TM 30.; and
3. How long does it take to get confirmation and does it come by email.

It is not that user friendly in English. Answers to the above questions and any other useful tips would be gratefully received.

Personally, I find the Section38 android app much easier to use for a TM30 than the website. Not that I use it very much (if at all) these days. I got it from the  google playstore.

Answers to your questions.

1) Once you have registered, no further documents to upload.

2) There is a "submit" button in the app.

3) There is no confirmation sent. Best you can do is a screenshot of the entry once you have submitted it.
