Siriraj and Thammasat University hospitals have decided to return the three million baht donation given to each of them by whistle-blower Chuwit Kamolvisit.

 

Dr. Apichat Asavamongkolkul, dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Siriraj University Hospital, said today (Friday) that he had not spoken with Chuwit before he donated the three million baht to the hospital.

 

He said that, even though the donation was intended for public benefit, if it is connected with illegal activities, the hospital cannot accept it.

Donations which are not anonymous are not donations but investments ...

A donation from Chuwit would mean they'd have to be squeaky clean in future..?

The Mafia  RTP will be along soon to claim it as proceeds from criminal activities and therefore only they are allowed to keep a very close eye on it, as is their way.

A pity... they would much rather gouge desperate people than use this money to help them?

This money came from the police for his help in bringing down Chinese mafia bosses; now it will be returned to the police freshly laundered.
