Does anyone have a good knowedgeable real estate agent - Not one of those who merely posts ads - Pattaya

Featured Replies

Looking for a competent and knowledgeable real estate agent to show properties here in Pattaya.  Have looked at a few properties based on advertisements online.  Consistenly they are nothing more than young typically women who know how to post an advertisement and nothing more.

Those "young typically women who know how to post an advertisement and nothing more" are pretty good in looking after you once you tell them your requirements and need, they have a network of other friends and RE colleagues who knows all about the available properties in Pattaya and will continue to source the right one for your needs this how they earn their keep, so give a couple a try and if you like PM me and i'll directs to a couple who helped us find what we were looking for.

Tried several already hence the post.  One was so bad she could not give us directions to the property.

She maybe specialises in the Wongamat area but I can highly recommend Som from Ocean Properties https://pattaya-ocean-properties.com/

Within 1 hour of walking into their office we’d visited 3 condo blocks that we were interested in & ended up using her to get the Unit we eventually settled on, even though it wasn’t on her books, as PBRE wouldn’t even acknowledge our viewing request.

Also did my TM30 for the move & has been very responsive when we’ve had plumbing/AC problems.
