webfact
By Goongnang Suksawat Banglamung – A homeless man has sustained injuries after he was attacked by a younger homeless teen in the Pattaya area. Emergency responders were notified of the incident on Friday (May 5th) near an abandoned house in Soi Thep Prasit 17 in Nongprue. They and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find an unidentified homeless man aged around 50 bleeding heavily. Four severe wounds were found on the homeless man’s shoulder and head. He was taken to a nearby hospital for medical assistance. A witness, identified only as Mrs. Aoi, 48, told the Pattaya News that the injured man asked a homeless teenager to fix a bicycle but came off as threatening to the suspect, which turned into a verbal and then physical altercation involving glass bottles and a knife. Popular Post HappyExpat57
The pity of all of this is poverty is a man-made construct. There are enough resources throughout the world to afford every human being the basics (food, shelter, healthcare) and STILL have plenty left over to build skyscrapers, create art, make education available to all who are willing to put in the work, send us to Mars and beyond. Rampant greed prevents our species from being all that we could be. 2 1
