Dissatisfaction surfaces among Pheu Thai party members as Nutt Bantadtan, son of former party leader and ex-MP of Bangkok, Banyat Bantadtan, publicly expressed his critiques of the party’s political approach. He called on the party to openly support the winning party without having to join the government.

Nutt questioned the party’s previous decision to join the government led by the Palang Pracharath party, backed by former prime minister Prayuth Chan-o-cha. He stated that the general consensus at the time demanded such a move due to multiple factors, including the need for a new government to quickly resolve the issues created by the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).

In a post discussing the current political scenario, Nutt highlighted that the vote counts in the recent general election showed a clear public preference for the winning party to run the country. He stressed that the Pheu Thai party should not interfere in the formation of the government by the winning party, as it did not garner enough votes to play a significant role in the country’s administration.

It seems to me that the internal dissatisfaction is just one person having a whine.

The man is in the Democrat Party as was his father. This article is just so wrong. Context might be right but the party? Well say no more..

Banyat was briefly a leader of the Democrats when they lost heavily to PT back before Aphisit's tenure

To correct this article, all they have to do is substitute the words Democrat Party for Pheua Thai

Always a hater....

Couple of things:

1) the article never states that Nutt Bantadtan is a member of Pheu Thai, to be clear it also never states that he is a Democrat Party member. Those omissions are the fault of Thaiger Journalist Samantha Rose,

who, her profile says, is a "experienced real estate journalist"

2) Nutt Bantadtan has a conflict with Pheu Thai dating to 2012 when he was caught looking at nudies on his smart phone in Parliament and now he is telling Pheu Thai how to behave ethically and for the good of the country, however, he never advocates for his own Democrat Party to do the same.
