A knife-wielding man believed to be homeless scared and threatened to attack Pattaya residents on June 11th.

 

Local Pattaya resident and eyewitness of the incident Ms. Bari Lithaisong, 39, revealed to local media that she saw an unidentified man exhibit behaviors that posed a threat to the public in the evening of June 11th in the Central Pattaya area.

 

The man who resembled a vagrant was armed with a knife and was seen wandering around, splashing water at passersby and behaving in a disturbing and aggressive manner.

He was just asking to be jailed that he can have a place to sleep and get some food ...

I remember a report saying that up to 20% of Thailand's population have mental health problems ... that is one in five ... add to this all the illegal guns and drugs ... dangerous place .
