Social Media
Former MSNBC host Keith Olbermann was publicly fact-checked after he mocked a Republican congresswoman for claiming that failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's campaign previously destroyed government devices. "Hillary Clinton used a hammer to destroy evidence of a private e-mail server and classified information on that server and was never indicted. The same standard should apply to everyone, including Donald Trump," Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C. tweeted Sunday. The claim drew a sharp response from Olbermann, who suggested that the congresswoman was not in the proper mental state to understand reality.
Popular Post SunnyinBangrak
Keith will be furious at the Twitter management for allowing him to be publicly fact checked. I want to know if he and his ilk are totally uninformed or are they knowingly gaslighting because they have gotten away with that for so many years? There is no other option, they are either uninformed or very very dishonest. Fair to say that people that do not know the hammers story - and all other mistreatments of classified material by others that give crucial and necessary context to the latest Trump witch hunt - need better sources for their news. CNN anchor also tried claiming the hammer story was false and called for a real time fact check only to be brutally humiliated. https://edition.cnn.com/videos/politics/2016/09/05/hillary-clinton-email-device-destuction-nr-sot.cnn 1 1
bamnutsak
Interesting that Rep. Mace, who has showed some leadership on the abortion issue, chooses to DEFLECT rather than DEFEND the former president. "...whether he mishandled the documents or not..." time stamp ~ 1:00 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ut9gWKDqC4 Edited June 14, 2023 by bamnutsak
