German Visa card requires new pin.

I enter at ATM a code which I have

the ATM requests that I enter my  whatever-new pin

The question = is a Thai ATM equipped to do this?

Yes, I have, albeit with a UK Visa card about a year ago.

if at the cashier's till at supermarket or whatever and it asks for a PIN, in Thailand you can usually press red and it'll skip it

I thought it was green, and red calls the cops..........????
