Dear Folks, Gemini seems to have introduced a new feature which will, based on one's Gemini interaction, automatically compose, AND SEND automatically, emails to the proper and OFFENDING Retailer, Manufacturer, or Service Office. This requires just ONE-CLICK. Gemini does the searching for the email address, and the sending, without user input. I just happened to find this out when Gemini sent a message for me, and even without my knowing, a few moments ago. I wish I had had a first draft to inspect before I answered YES, to Gemini's query if I wanted to contact the retailer by email. Still, I am happy the email was sent: I am writing to request a return within your 7-day window due to a product quality issue with a recent purchase. I purchased the Colgate SlimSoft Charcoal (3+3 pack) at your (i have deleted this name) branch. Unfortunately, the product is of substandard quality compared to the standard Colgate brushes I usually buy. The handle is much weaker and bends during use, and the bristles are very flimsy, meaning they do not clean effectively.
