Jahil
Hello everybody. I do not knwow anything about swimming pool and want to budget one to be built in the CR area. What would be the price for a 10 X 6 meters one? What are the important options to take into account? Thanks for your help
Ungabunga
I would usually budget around 15,000 THB per sqm for an 'overflow' type system, although you can get cheaper types such as 'skimmer' systems but typically these are not so effective as to keeping the pool as clean. This is a rule of thumb guide which has stood me well, but I'm no expert so perhpas there are others who can add more.
MrSquigle
About 400/450k for materials and labour, also depends on depth and tile finish, this cost around 1.5m and relatively common small blue tile.
jaideeguy
Depends on if you hire a pool contractor [shark] or do it yourself. the 15kbhatt/sq mtr would apply to the shark method. i built one myself, about the same size as you want [designed myself and contracted local cowboys] and did it for around 500kbhatt plus a lot of headaches....but building costs have gone up!! ask me if i would do it again.......NO WAY!! I'd buy a new truck instead.
